Furthermore, depending on the storyline, fans will sympathize with some babyfaces who are having a bad time from heels. Nevertheless, the most beloved stars engage with the fans during their entrances and matches, but fans admire some heels' in-ring work.

Admittedly, Bianca Belair is not as over as she was in 2022, as the booking and her repetitive character is slowly making fans get bored with her. Still, The EST remains one of the most beloved women not only in WWE but in wrestling in general. Belair is charismatic and connects with the audience, but fans love her mainly for her work in the ring, as her strength, athleticism, and technique make her one of the most complete female wrestlers of all time.
Belair was the longest-reigning Raw Women's Champion in history but the title has been renamed to its original name the WWE Women's Championship. Belair has the shortest reign with that title as she regained it at SummerSlam 2023 in a triple threat match from Asuka that included Charlotte Flair, but Damage CTRL's Iyo Sky cashed in her Money in the Bank briefcase and beat her for the gold.

Gunther is a heel, but he is so good that many fans actually support him. Gunther is honorable and respects the sport and the fans as well, so the fans don't really have a reason to hate him. Besides, it's impossible to hate a guy who delivers a phenomenal match every time he steps into the ring. It should also be said that Gunther is already considered one of the best Intercontinental Champions in WWE history, and the fans love and respect him for bringing prestige back to the title.
"The Ring General" Gunther has done an outstanding job as Intercontinental Champion by bringing prestige back to the championship. Gunther has broken The Honky Tonk Man's record as the longest-reigning Intercontinental Champion, and it's a record that stood for 35 years. Gunther was the right choice to break that record and whilst the storylines he has been featured in have been a mixed bag, there's no doubt that the in-ring matches have been high-quality.
Gunther's record-breaking 666-day reign as Intercontinental Champion was brought to a halt by Sami Zayn at WrestleMania 40 Saturday. Gunther doesn't accept failure as Giovanni Vinci is no longer a member of Imperium, and Gunther won the 2024 King of the Ring tournament by defeating 14-time WWE World Champion Randy Orton.
Gunther's impressive summer continued as he won the World Heavyweight Championship by seeing off Damian Priest at SummerSlam 2024. The Ring General's first title defense was a King of the Ring final rematch against Randy Orton at Bash in Berlin 2024, and they knocked it out of the park in an excellent championship bout.

Kevin Owens returned to SmackDown in 2023, and he has been feuding with Logan Paul over the WWE United States Championship. Sami Zayn is one of the most beloved wrestlers on the roster. This guy was always very talented, but it was his storyline with The Bloodline that made him a top superstar. Sami Zayn stole the show week in and week out with his character work and also with his in-ring performances, in fact, fans and some wrestlers recognize that Sami has been WWE's MVP over the last couple of years. Under normal circumstances, Sami Zayn would not even be considered to dethrone Roman Reigns, but Sami was so over that WWE higher-ups had a serious discussion about it. Sami didn't defeat Reigns, but he beat The Usos to create an unforgettable moment.
Sami Zayn's popularity in The Bloodline saw him as one of the most over-stars in WWE history. At WrestleMania 39, Zayn and Kevin Owens ended The Usos' record-breaking 622-day reign as the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Champions. They held the titles for five months with the Judgment Day's Finn Balor and Damian Priest beating them for the titles at Payback 2023.

He scored a victory over the inaugural Universal Champion Finn Balor, he won a Battle Royal at SummerSlam, and he defeated two-time WWE Champion The Miz at Payback 2023.

Knight's a remarkable entertainer, and it will be interesting to see how long he'll hold the United States Championship for.
