Jennifer Johnson, Real Estate & Land Use Shareholder, was tapped by Bloomberg for her input on the recent changes to real estate agent’s compensation practices. Sellers can no longer specify the commission they’re willing to pay to the buyer’s agent in the forms they fill out to publish a listing, and buyer’s representatives must now enter written contracts with clients that spell out the commission at the beginning of the relationship. Jen said, “The extra work is a worthwhile price to pay for greater transparency.” Read the article and learn more about Jen’s experience here: https://lnkd.in/eAfmHAT2Jen focuses her practice on all types of residential and commercial real estate and land use matters in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She prides herself on providing her clients -- whether they are homeowners or business owners and professionals -- timely, efficient, and personal service.
